For 2, [SPOILER]there's a power cell in the theater. Go up to the 2nd floor balcony and look around.
Number 3 will be solved by #2, and I think #1 will be solved by #3.
Edit: Anyone ever shot a rubber duck with a disruptor grenade? It keeps bouncing a really long time. That, and 21 proxies on a rubber duck won't make it bounce so much, but they will spin for a full 30 seconds or so after coming to a complete stop. It's pretty awesome.
