ZylonBane and voodoo47 are actually working on SCP and they could release it today with hundreds of bugs fixed if they weren't perfectionists and striving for even more. Drew on the other hand was merely throwing an idea out, with no knowledge of what it would entail and no recognisable intention of doing any work himself.
