Problems initializing SS2Tool

Hello there, well... The thing is: I can't run SS2Tool, this give me an error about "SendRequest ERROR", I've disabled my firewall but it still saying that I don't have internet, what I can do here? I'm running on Windows 7 btw.

you can post the log (ss2tool.log in your SS2 folder), but generally, the easiest solution is to patch up on a different computer and then move the now portable install to the target computer.
