SS2 Tool wont install

I tried installing ss2tool on pop_os version 22.04 with wine 7.9 staging and it just gets stuck on 0 percent. I even left my computer running all night and it still didn't install.

as always, the easiest solution is to patch up on a windows machine, and then move the now portable build to the target pc.

alternatively, you can do a manual install, if you use the GOG/steam build as base, pop the mod manager in, load SCP and update NVscript inside, and things should work. note this is not recommended, and should only be used if there is absolutely no other way around.
