Well I messed up downloading mods and my SS is messed up. I would like to know which files in the system shock folder are the save files. Thanks

What problem do you have with writing a describing topic name?
SS has all mods integrated in SS-portable so I don't understand what did you possibly mess up. Savefiles are in \data\savgam??.dat

If I remember correctly, System Shock doesn't autosave at all.
BTW, are we talking about System Shock (1994) or System Shock
2
(1999)?

Just take a look into your SS2 folder (if you are talking about SS2). It's pretty obvious where the save games are.
