shohead.bin - How to open??

Using bintoe with shohead.bin gives an error(e file is totally empty ), eto3ds naturally gives a empty file when opened in cinema4d(where other modells work).
I downloaded AlyaMod and tried the improved head. Same error.

Yesterday I tried to convert ghfgtA.bin from Christines FM nightwalker. It's this fighter. Conversation workes only for the Land legs(don't know a better english word^^). The rest is missing

So, how could I convert this modells?
