Cannot open account

Hi guys,
I've tried to open an account but I put a wrong password into the password confirmation field. When I tried a second time I received a message telling me that I cannot open more than one account on the same PC...

Can an admin please tell me what to do now..

I don't know what the heck happened, but my confirmation email just arrived, so happy days...
