SSP- Deck 2 Problems

I started SSP a few weeks ago and it is now the game I mainly play. The first deck was done without problems (I didn't see the turbo booster thingy though) and I am now on the second deck. I found at least 2 errors:

-At the robot production stopping puzzle, I couldn't find the paper that says 6-2-3 around. I had used a frag grenade nearby and that is the only theory I have-the frag grenade made the paper disappear. (Found the code through a youtube video)

-I cannot seem to be able to activate the restoration bay on this deck. I couldn't find a switch to do so anywhere and I have gotten inside it. Is there any way to activate the restoration bay?

I use Windows 8.1, mouselook mod and a high-res mod. There are no other problems.
