So, as an SCP user, I am supposed to extract this obj_400_SCP_1.01 into my AccFam mod folder.  It seems that it will over-write some files in the Obj/txt16 folder if I do this.  Is that OK to do?  Just want to double-check before I do it...

Strangely, when I overwrite the files, it makes some of the textures look low-res (hydroponics decals for example)...  So, this time I selected not to overwrite and everything looks good again.  Perhaps, I am doing something wrong.  Any way to test if I did this correctly?

that is pretty much impossible (as the fix actually does not overwrite any files, it only adds stuff, all warnings are produced by overwriting folders) - screenshots would be nice.

Here's with the obj_400_SCP_1.01 extracted into the ob/txt16 folder (overwriting as prompted).  All look correct?  Weird though because the copied files seem different than the original .mtl files (they look like text files instead of exec files).  Perhaps there are images of what these files should look like in game that I can compare to confirm if it is working?  Basically, all I am asking is how I can confirm if this is working.

the location is correct, no idea why your pc thinks the files are different. the patch loads hires textures from the ACC pack for a few SCP exclusive objects (for example, the object replicator on the last level, or the small bulkhead ramps on hydro2). if not used, they will load the original lowres textures, and look slightly out of place (pretty sure most people would not notice anyway).

if you think the patch is causing problems, make a (ingame) screenshot of what you think is an issue - though as I was saying, the worst thing that can happen here is that the SCP exclusive objects will use the default, lowres textures.

Not sure how to take in game screen shots on my Mac.  But, it seems I just needed to mess with my mods, and now it seems to be working (as far as I can tell).  If I find a spot where I think it might not be, I have to figure out how to take a screen shot.  I just wish there was a ready reference for the things this obj "patch" adjusts, so it would be a lot easier to trouble-shoot.  Seems that there are only 12 files total or so that it adds, so it shouldn't be so bad, I wouldn't think?  Thanks anyway.

default is printscreen, can be changed in user.bnd (edit with notepad or similar).
