couple of odd things going on there, I would just wipe everything clean (or rename the SS2 folder and move it to a backup folder), get a fresh GOG install, patch it with the latest tool, get the latest versions of all the mods, load them up, and play.

well, you can check your current SS2 folder and see whether the mod folders are still there somewhere (maybe SS2ToolSyncBackup), but if you have merged all the mods into one folder in the past (there is a weird data folder inside your current dmm folder) then you will not know, unless the readme files are still there (if you see a Rebirth readme somewhere, then you had Rebirth installed, probably).

System Shock 2/DMM folder should contain subfolders for each of your mods

no readmes, and the folder is 8 years old. whatever is in there, it's not worth salvaging.

voodoo47Thanks, yes, you right. Better i take my vanilla GOG SS2 and manually install Recommended Mods from here

ps is it possible to exclude that that mess "DATA" folder is the result of an update of SS2Tool

That Data folder in DMM is not a result of SS2Tool.
I'm on holiday and on mobile so I can't say much more than that. Sorry.

Did you manually unzip mods to install them? It looks like when you installed mods, you installed them all to the DMM folder directly, rather than subfolders, so they are all combined into one mod.

Which likely means files have been overwritten and things are broken.

Doesn't look to me like an ss2tool or dmm problem.
