found out why this is happening while fixing something else - the new explosion is larger than the old one, and it won't fit into the emitter anymore. add this to your gamesys.dml to fix it:#99

note: while this fixes the medsci explosion, it might break something else, so use at your own risk.//also, the "caution" sticker on the new turret texture needs to be reversed to show properly ingame. and there is no updated texture for the destroyed turret, making things look slightly weird.
