Tweaking the cam_ext.cfg file

Sadly, I encountered another issue. The biomatter (I'm using Vurt's organics) on the wall when you enter Hydroponics basically halves my fps.

some of vurt's models are known to slow things down. I might have a look - the plants were completely killing my performance, but when I've fixed the transparency issues, the problem disappeared almost completely.

I didn't experience this on a Gtx670

well yeah, a gtx670 has liiitle bit more horsepower than let's say, the x1950 I'm using right now.
