icemannNo Problem

It seems that there is 1 version of the Demo I have been unable to find

So I've been able to find archives of the Unity Demo, the 2021 Medical Demo, and the Beta Demo is still up

There is a 2020 Demo (and it has two versions, idc which, tho there was a patch for it) that has some other differences, mostly small, but I was curious on playing it too, but I hadn't been able to find an archive

In any case I was able to play through it completely, without Steam.

IIRC correctly there was a second build version on Unity.

It's the unity build, so I assume the first.

Yes, this should be moved to SS1 Remakes and Sequels.
We have two types of forums on this site in separate sections: the "Community" section contains regular discussion forums. The "SS1 Remakes & Sequels" board is one of them.
And we have the "File Archives" section where we archive downloadable files, like mods, tools and games. The "Looking Glass Classics" board, where I moved this thread, is such an archive.

the question would be - is this the first build, or the second? //it is the final build.

It seems to be portable, so we're going to archive the final version here for posterity.
