Help with downloading and saving file

I just tried to use the SS2Tool mod, but it won't let me save it on any of my files. Please, I need help.

well, you click on the attachment, and your browser will save it into whatever is set as your downloads folder. if your computer is not allowing you to download files, then you may not have enough permissions to do so.

Also you may not be able to save SS2Tool into the game folder if your SS2 game is in Windows "Program Files".
In that case move the game to another location first, like C:/games/SS2
