ZylonBanesure. its here: its here: https://github.com/vfig/dromed-config/tree/master/Common in the Editor subdirectory; and you can see in the config files the values i used for gfh_height and status_height.
Oh, fun fact. If you have your DromEd panes sized so that the center point is at the bottom of the screen (basically maximizing the 3D view and Top), then you adjust the GFH size so that it would be higher than the bottom pane divider, DromEd will crash on startup. Nice error checking, guys.
Also, GFH button labels are vertically centered, but dynamic content is top-justified. So if you enlarge the GFH so the boxes are significantly larger than the editor font, everything drifts out of alignment.
What with screen resolutions getting higher and my vision not getting any sharper, I thought I'd try plugging a somewhat larger, more well-defined font into DromEd. As a first attempt, I went with the old DOS VGA text font, with some tweaking for legibility. I ended up making the characters proportionally spaced, since monospaced text in DromEd made some characters look too far apart. Overall, I'd say it turned out pretty good.
Font file goes in the Editor folder. This doesn't exist by default so you have to create it.
DromEd doesn't automatically scale the GFH up with the font size, so you have to manually tweak a couple things in DromEd.cfg: - gui_font editor\vga8x16-p - gfh_height 150 - status_height 18
I also recommend changing edit_color_hilite to 250,250,100. This makes selected buttons light yellow instead of the default eye-searing magenta.
