Von Braun and Rickenbacker Crew, Portraits?

Hey everyone, long time "panting and sweating" in these corridors, first time poster.

Im currently working on a gamefaqs with the transcriptions of all the audiologs in the game. Including who its from and what department they are from, location of the audiolog etc. I've read up on the changes to the SCPbeta4 and know that some things with the portraits are incorrect in the original release. Like the Polito and Delacroix outfit colors that has been changed. No other changes seems to have been made to the portraits in previous versions of SCP from what I can see in the changelog. But are there other errors?  to my questions:

1. The portrait for log "Security rewired"on COMMAND (Handsome whiteguy, smug smile blue uniform) and "crystal gifts" on OPERATIONS (older black guy with glasses) seem to be switched at Shocklogs (https://www.systemshock.org/shocklogs/) compared to what I see in game. Do some game files point out what photo should go to what log? Or have you guys infered who is Myers an who is Morris based on something else?

2. The Handsome whiteguy in the "Security rewired" audio log is named Woods, according to (https://www.systemshock.org/shocklogs/) Where does this name come from? I can't see it in game. In the vanilla game this is Myers.

3. According to "Psionic chimps!" at (https://www.systemshock.org/shocklogs/), Malone of the UNN RICKENBACKER has the portrait of the same handsome white guy with blue COMMAND uniform. Malone in game is clearly from UNN RICKENBACKER; his shirt should be changed to yellow right? But in game I see same Portrait as Mckay (blonde nerdy guy chamberpot haircut) with a red Engineering uniform. Malone says in one of his logs that he was called down to MedSci and he is clearly a OSA guy so im pretty sure he isn't from engineering.

(4.Bonus questions, Do anyone have any more information on any of the characters like Muldoon, Vogel, Boynton, Swiderek or anyone else?  )

My bad, I had ADaOB mod on. Didn't know it affected the portraits.

Wood 09.JUL.14 - OPERATIONS - re: Crystal gifts
log on OPERATIONS DECK. Is given to Wood. Tough in game code show this log should be attributed to Morris. An unused character with his own Portrait. (older black guy with glasses.)

Myers 06.JUL.14 - COMMAND- re: Security rewired
log on COMMAND deck has portrait of Wood in vanilla but is changed to Morris in ADaOB.
