SSPTool 1.2.3 - Can't download, antivirus finds Trojan:Win32/CryptInject

Trying to download SSPTool 1.2.3 from https://www.systemshock.org/index.php?topic=211.0

Windows Security won't allow the download, saying it found Trojan:Win32/CryptInject. It lists the threat as severe and immediately removes the file on download. Is this a false positive? Has anyone else seen this? Is the download still good?

download has not changed in ages, and very sure there is no problem with it. some 7k people have downloaded it, no issue reported so far.
