Here is for your convinience 38 pages ShockEd for Dummies Complete tutorial (Part I, II, III) ready for download with three popular files formats .odt, .docx, .pdf.
Thanks to original tutorial creators: Totality, Kolya, Zygo. I didn't change anything to it's original content, just created printable version for my needs and perhaps will be use of it to someone else.
