See your favourite System Shock 2 robots in Rampancy, a mod for Doom!

Hey all,

there is a mod for Doom which features a couple of robotic enemies from System Shock 2. It's called Rampancy and it replaces all Doom II enemies with robots from various games.

Rampancy

I created the sprites for all the SS2 bots plus a couple more (the Sentrybot from Doom 3 and the Deus Ex robots, among others).

So, if you would like to blast those tincans to smithereens, go and check it out!

They may walk the walk (by looking good), but do they talk the talk (by functioning properly) ?

Either way its about damn time someone put some System Shock stuff into a Doom mod.

All I can say is that this mod is a lot of fun to play. The bots spawn metal debris when shot and explode in a fairly satisfactory way, complete with screen shaking
