The only context in which that line could make sense being spoken that way is as a response, like "hey, have I cleared for landing yet?" "Yes, you have cleared for landing". But even then, it sounds wrong.

He definitely doesn't say "you have clearance for landing".

I know subtitles are a bit fluid, but I would recommend using "You are cleared for landing" instead of "you have clearance for landing".
