I have uploaded what I have to the first post. That is - as far as  know - a Polish version of System Shock. Not of SSP though.
The task of turning the translated files into a language pack for SSP, following the example of the existing language packs, is left up to a dedicated Polish gamer.

It worked for me when I used it with SSP. It just replaces the english option in the menu

To chyba kwestia czcionki której użyli do trybów wysokiej rozdzielczości. Spróbuj ustawić na trochę mniejszą, może zadziała
