RPG Maker - Cyberpunk/AI Dystopian games
I recently replayed my two favorite series of RPG Maker Cyberpunk/AI Dystopian games

Alter Alia Trilogy
Genesis - https://rpgmaker.net/games/272/
Alter A.I.L.A. Genesis takes place in a post-apocalyptic world. You play the role of a young man known as Leon, who seeks to survive in the harsh environment he is brought into.

A.I.L.A. - https://rpgmaker.net/games/268/
Alter A.I.L.A. takes place in a post-apocalyptic world, on a remote plateau: one of the last remaining land masses above sea level. You play the role of a young prisoner, who among others, have had their memories erased, and must now fight for their lives everyday for the entertainment of others. From here, the story can go in 3 separate directions, depending on your choice during the prologue.

--------

Iron Gaia series - https://rpgmaker.net/articles/704/
Iron Gaia Part I:  Where Angels Fear To Tread - https://rpgmaker.net/games/807/

As the amnesiac test subject designated Number 898462138069001 (as you later learn, structural engineer Armand Carter) you awaken aboard the enigmatic Iron Gaia mobile space station, your memories shattered.

Iron Gaia Virus - https://rpgmaker.net/games/808/

A side-story to the sometimes popular and always controversial Iron Gaia series. Could be considered a Part 1.5 between the very early Part I and the never-completed Part II, but a more accurate analogy would be to call this a Resident Evil 3 to Iron Gaia Part I's Resident Evil 2. In other words, it deals with the same location (the Iron Gaia space station, the last hope of humanity derailed by an artificial intelligence gone mad with delusions of godhood) and the same events from the perspective of a completely different character.

Two poster tweaks to highlight these interesting games from almost 10 years ago.
