I want to ask about earth.mis.dml file which is required to run your mod. I also use SS2 CyberBlutch Rebirth 03 mod, which require same file. Any way to merge those files?

open both dml files with notepad, and paste the contents of the second one into the first one (but without the DML1 header. only one instance of DML1 must exist in the dml, right at the beginning), or use a modmanager (blue or zee), or just drop the dynamic sky into the DataTempMods folder to avoid the dml conflict. see here: https://www.systemshock.org/index.php?wap2;topic=4447.0
