Has anyone had a problem getting a joystick to work with this game?   I played it twice, the first time a decade ago, and neither time could I get the joystick interface to work.  Just curious if it's a defect in the game.  It's still very playable with a mouse.

I never tried it. It's not a game that seems to lend itself to joystick control anyway. I figure it's a leftover from LGS developing Flight Unlimited and Terra Nova.

Finished SS1 recently, and noticed that the map of lvl8 security is incomplete.
Missing areas can only be accessed via cyberspace, and they contain assorted items like ammo and stimulants.
Enemies here are surprisingly grove mutants.

In one of the system shock strategy guides it says that the pulsar can be upgraded to version 9 which does 250 damage, but it also says that there is a version 10 rumored to exist that does 500 damage. Does v10 pulsar actually exist?
