I played this a bit and I had difficulties controlling it with a keyboard. Even getting the character to move to the action places.
And then it just kind of broke.I had this patient who I created an implant for and it was impossible to implant it. No explanation it just didn't work. At that point I gave up.
You may have a better time using a controller and I do think this is a very clever and fun game idea, but the execution is somewhat lacking.
