Topic: Using numpad while playing Read 461 times

665cb1da85eb1
Hello everyone,

I recently started playing System Shock Enhanced and have been able to redefine the controls by using an editor.

Back in the days when I was playing the original System Shock on a DOS-Computer, I recall being able to use the numpad for entering the codes on doors ingame.

I tried that but nothing happens - it seems the game does not recognize the numpad to be a valid input device.

Has anyone an idea on how to edit the controls.cfg so that I can use the numpad?

Greetings, Hacker

pretty sure you need to be running the source port if you want to do that.

Thanks, I have read about this source port. I understood that you need a Steam-account for that - or is there a standalone version available?

GOG has a standalone version, as always.

Thanks, I needed to re-download and re-install the game and now I got it!  And the numpad works without any changes to the config-file, very nice! :thumb:
