kickstarter problems

I contributed to the remake/reboot on kickstarter and when I wanted to post a question on the sshock kickstarter page, I realized I had forgotten my password.
After changing my password I logged in to post my question, I checked my account and it says that I have not backed any projects!
anyone have a problem like this ?

and how do you fix it?

You can ask about it on Kickstarter or at least in NightDive discord channel.

I have asked NDS on their kickstarter page and I get no response.

kickstarter responded asking me if I used another email and I said no.

any other helpful suggestions?

They are generally super quick to respond on there. Just be sure to include an @ symbol then the name of the person to contact, for even speedier response.
