SS2 stuck mouse

Hi, having trouble with my mouse in the game some times i cant move it all the way around the screen, but i think i found a fix for that but now it wont work in the options menu, but my little fix for that is alt tabing and going to the process and setting the cpu process to high but works for a little bit need help on this please
