Four Hundred SCP beta

Attached is the beta of a version of ACC's Four Hundred, modified for SCP. Originally this was just a patch to modify the ceiling goop in the Engineering maintenance tunnels to have a directional flow, but, well, one thing led to another...

- Makes ceiling fuel pipes in Engineering have directional flow.
- Removes reflectivity from Hydro and Ops walls. (This was not a successful effect IMHO; it just made the walls look transparent.)
- Upgrades reflective surfaces to use cubemaps.
- Removes movie theater screen textures. Higher-quality upgrade already present in SHTUP-ND.
- Improves tiling variation of Med/Sci tile and treadplate floor textures and scuffed yellow stripe texture.
- Replaces blurry Rec grass with photorealistic grass.
- Fixes self-illumination of casino and shuttle bay animated lights.
- Adds upgraded snow texture.
- Various other improvements and fixes.
- Converts all TGA textures to compressed TGAs or PNGs for much smaller files.
- Reduces install size by 32 megabytes.

Even though this was done for SCP, it works fine without it. Please check it out and make sure I didn't break anything.

Nice work! The rec grass was always something I found odd.

When this becomes "official", I assume it will be put on the Four Hundred page like most SCP-versions of mods are?

Updated. I noticed that 400 didn't provide texture upgrades for the snow on Hydro and Ops, so now it does.

EDIT: turns out the updated version was already uploaded to the Four Hundred thread. It also references a SCP beta 5; was beta 5 already released and I just haven't noticed?
