This mod removes the Many cutscene from the Cargo Bays and the SHODAN cutscene from Ops to speed up repeat playthroughs. Under no circumstances should you install this mod if it is your first time playing the game!

The mod is compatible with vanilla, SCP, Secmod, and possibly other map overhaul mods. Secmod already has its own solution for the Many cutscene, so only the SHODAN cutscene skip is applied to it. Cutscenes will only be skipped if the mod is loaded prior to entering the relevant map for the first time.

If for whatever reason you want to only disable one of the two cutscenes, install the mod and do the following:
-To re-enable the Many cutscene: delete \DMM\SS2-Cutscene-Skipper_1.00\eng2.mis.dml
-To re-enable the SHODAN cutscene: delete \DMM\SS2-Cutscene-Skipper_1.00\ops2.mis.dml and \...\dbmods\ops2.mis\scponly.dml

I may use this when doing my 1337th SCP test run to skip the Big Reveal.

That could be possible, but it would be a lot more work and I'm not sure exactly how I'd pull it off. As it is I just deactivated the tripwires that start up the in-engine cutscene sequences and had another tripwires apply the quest var flag for the reveal so you can continue with Ops.
