You lost me at "indie narrative adventure"

That usually equates to a walking-sim with barely any gameplay that completely relies on it's vibes and art style to be compelling.

Disco Elysium - one of my most memorable gaming experiences. I don't know what Decade will play like but it may not feature any walking at all. Not sure where you've gotten that impression from. Sure doesn't look like it'll be in a similar mold as Firewatch, Gone Home, What Remains of Edith Finch or any traditional adventure whatsoever. I personally quite like those too though.
