I just converted the complete database of the forum to UTF-8, mainly in an attempt to get better search results.
Character set conversions are all but guaranteed to go right. If you notice an error please report it here.

Edit: I can already see that the tags need an update. [Fixed]
Edit: The conversion achieved better search results and fixed the previously half-broken Tag-Search. That's a win, still looking for errors.
