no need, as I said, just try using the original cutscenes, and see if that gets you somewhere.

well, I'm freshly out of ideas. basically, you have to get them playing in the windows media player-if they play there, they will work ingame as well. you just have to figure out the correct codec combo.. or hope some win7 64bit user will drop by.

im gonna take a look into klite and the others and see if i can manually set it to make the vidz play, then i'll text the solution in case i have it.

These "hi-res" cutscenes by Savant were merely scaled and re-encoded, which means they are actually lower quality (but larger) than the originals. I remember when he posted them on TTLG.
