Anyone know how to force SS2 to play in windowed mode?

I've been trying to configure SS2 to work for an associate of mine, and I've run into a wall. I downloaded the HotUD version of the game and it ran relatively good on its own. The main issue was a lack of widescreen and windowing. So I use the SS2Tool to fix it up. Now the ingame movies aren't playing. Anyone know how to fix this?

EDIT: I'm stupid. It needed to be run in admin mode.

So I don't have to clutter things up with another topic, anyone know if there's a way to force SS2 into windowed mode?

You could try reinstalling with the cutscene fix of the SS2Tool unchecked.

Tried disabling everything through 10 installs, then realized I wasn't doing admin mode. Then it worked  when I elevated it. Derp. Now I just need to figure out  how to get the game in window mode.
