Xpadder with SS2

I have set up Xpadder with SS2 and it works pretty well with the right button layout. Better with keyboard and mouse of course but i want my friend to give SS2 a try and thanks to the great graphics mods here and xpadder it would appeal to him more (graphics whore needs to wake up!)
anyways its working just fine except one thing- i have to run as administrator for the cutscenes to work but for some reason Xpadder does not work whilst it is running as administrator. Would anyone know how to bypass this? thanks

You're talking bout using a PS3 or Xbox360 controller right?  And something tells me that, if you want xpadder to work while you play SS2 as admin, you need to set up the two programs for xpadder as admin as well.

EDIT: Yep just needed to run xpadder as admin too, im hopeless. Thanks again guys.
