Windows 7 64, Mods Not Working

Hey all,

I broke out my old copy of SS2 and was very much looking forward to playing it with the SSTUP and rebirth.
Sadly, even with the mod manager running and the mods enabled, I only get the stock game working.

Help please?

you can always manually extract the mods to the DataPermanentMods folder (note: if you want to install conflicting mods, make sure to do it in the right order). assuming you have used the ss2tool already, that is.
