Game crashes at Mission's (Training)

I'm having trouble getting past the missions given after choosing my career, once I have done the final mission the game drops out and die's..
Ive tried much of the stuff in the help area but im not so good with rewriting file's

Please help guys, I really want to play this game

Nvidia Graphics
4GB ram
..... basically got a pretty hot machine but don't know how to fix the game :S

Might be a problem with the video that is supposed to play at this point. Try renaming LGVID.AX to LGVID.AX.BAK
