Where's Hydroponics Sector D card?

I searched like everywhere in the Hydroponics, especially Sector A and I've yet to find the card for Sector D.

Anyone willing to help me with this?

It's not in the main area, I believe, there is 3 sub-levels in Hydro, Sector D, main area, and the one that you get the D card. I'll check whether I have a save near, I completed that not so long ago.
