"Disable Desktop Composition" is checked.
"Run as Administrator" is checked.
"UseSysMemoryOverlay=" is 2.
"LGVID.AX" is renamed to "LGVID.AX.BAK".

It works, I go to New Game, it goes to loading screen, finishes loading, then it crashes.  If I run it in Windows 95 compatibility mode, it will give me an unresponsive black screen with some kind of, I guess, in-game electronic hum.

Thanks to any that help!

Sorry for double post, but I also have Nvidia set to "Let the 3D program decide" when it comes to pre-rendered frames.  The only other options are 1, 2, and 3.

I assume you installed, following the SS2 Tech FAQ, since you mention several of the bug fixes from that page?

Might be a driver issue, did you check for updates on nvidia's website?

Also could the game be premodded, eg does it have a "current" folder before installing SS2Tool?
