Strange behaviour multplayer mode with 2 players on deck Recreation

Hi guys. I started up playing with my son SSII in multiplayer mode under WINXP SP3 and all went well up to deck Recreation. We can walk normally and do our jobs until the 2 nd player could not move. Inventory could be switched on and off. Also map could be seen. First player could also be seen on the map moving around. When first player comes to position of second player he could see only the weapon of the 2nd, floating at fixed postiton, without body of the 2nd. Second player can see first player moving. Game is orgininal SSII modified with SS2Tool_v4.6. Problem known or am i the frist ?  Thanks a lot !! Screenshots or video available.

unfortunately, multiplayer is broken. all you can do is save often, and return to a previous save when things start to go down the hill.

Yeah, multiplayer had it's share of problems since the beginning. Read the Multiplayer Guide, especially the part about saving.
