Crash after hydroponics

I just played for the first time. Finished the hydroponics level, went through the cutscene with Shodan, then the game went to Main Menu. No option to continue.
Any ideas?

In the game folder look for crash.dmp and a shock2.log. Zip these files and upload them somewhere, then post the link here.
Also a list of the mods you have installed would be useful. Blue Mod Manager can generate such a list, if you use that.
