Hmm. Kinda sucks. Looked around the installation and couldn't find anything. I guess I'll have to play the PSX version or get a new KB then.

You could also use some remapper tool.
I usually use autohotkey whenever I encounter a program or game with non-changeable controls.

You can use remapper, as @Olfred suggested. Or can also use NUMPAD keyboard (arrows), ofcourse if you have it

Also, in the last Verok's build (https://verokster.blogspot.com/2018/05/legacy-of-kain-blood-omen-gl-wrapper.html), arrows keys are also duplicated onto W_S_A_D
