Small viewing malfunction

When I try going into gameplay, I only have a small rectangle of the top left part of the screen that I can see.  The menu is fine and the intro video is fine, but when I try playing, I only have that small portion of viewing.  I have tried changing the resolution, but that just makes the rectangle smaller.  Help would be appreciated.  I have heard so many great things about this game.
