Can my very low end laptop handle plenty of mods running along with this game?

Thanks again everybody for helping a noob out. But i nave one last question before i fire this game up for the first time.

I have a VEEERRYYY low end laptop, and i am loading up lots of mods and the ss2 tool to play system shock 2 with. It is a sony vaio VGN-NW125J. Here are it's specs

Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo CPU T6500 @ 2.10GHz

4gigs of RAM with 2.84 usable

Graphics card: Mobile Intel R series Express Chipset Family

Despite the toaster oven stats, it has been able to play games like F.E.A.R. on mid to high settings (was quite surprised by this, looked real good, no slow down) and Black Mesa on mid settings (severe chugging in wide open areas, but mostly ran well).

So can system shock 2 with a whole bunch of mods and the ss2tool and other stuff running along with it be handled by my laptop?

it should, but watch out for the 400 mod, if you manage to choke your gpu with too much textures, things may start to get slow.
