Hi rez cut scenes

 I have an older mod called Hi rez cut scenes...does it still work? BMM does not recognize

That depends on how it is packaged (videos in a cutscenes folder). In any case, there are a bunch of cutscene packages available for Shock 2 and all of them so far are superflous as they only reprocess the old ones without improving on them, the exception being Muzman's tragically unfinished project. So you needn't bother.
