As this is a tier that probably will get hit, any ideas on what would be good to add now that the kickstarter is in progress?

If they're going to add levels to the game, I want them to be integrated into the main game instead of something you can play separately.

Potentially, they can add a lot of meaty content in the form of the supposed new Cyberspace part of the game. That would be a smart way to create new levels, as they wouldn't have to mess with the Citadel layout - and they can get pretty creative without ruining the feel or immersion of the game.

Whatever they do, they better not make it trivial filler content. That would be worse than not adding anything at all.

At the moment i just hope they explain why Citadel lists only four groves, but has eight pods.

The reason for that is being lazy about an oversight.  They have released enough media now that they might be disinclined to change it.  I've seen it before.  If you screw up and everybody sees the screw up, just stick to your guns and come up with an excuse rather than fix it.

Piece of advice... FIX IT.  Nobody will injure your pride if you fix it [if they did I'd break their legs for them].

How would they even "fix" it without removing the pods? Name the additional pods something like this?
