System Shock box variants

I have been following "system shock" on eBay for a long time. I have never seen this box variant/release before.

Does anybody know if this was Canada only release or maybe part of some bigger collection box?

I had that one. Was a bargain bin version. Sold for $10 - $20 in newsagents. Or that's where it was when i found it.
