you will have to acquire some basic Shocked (the editor) knowledge (basically understanding how the damage system works), and then create a dml mod.

also, the SCP pistol is not nerfed.


anyway, the real question here is whether you want to learn how to dml mod, or just want the minimod itself - because if it's the latter, a veteran modder could put it together in about five minutes.
