It told me to right-click on the item I want researched.
I right-clicked and nothing happens.

Oh yeah,

does everyone's modded System Shock 2 require you to "hold" left button then click the right button
to use things in your inventory?
I'm not sure if it's a bug or something that was added in an update or mod?

Whomever did it, it's a good idea cause it stops accidentally using things by only right-clicking your inventory.

p.s: I've tried holding left-click on researchable item then right-clicking.
needz teh help.

Tried using the tool to fix prob in SS2mm.
Not work. :-(

Everything else works, I can hold various items and use them by holding left-click, then right-clicking.
Researching unresearched items does not work.

All I can tell you is that a simple right click on an unresearched object in your inventory should open a small window and start the researching process automatically. Sometimess you'll need certain chemicals for it and the text in this window tells you which chemicals you need to have in your inventory for the object in question. If you use the mod manager simply deactivate your mods one by one and see if it works, everytime you deactivated something.

You can also click the Question mark symbol in the lower left and then click on the item, you want to research.
If that doesn't work, download the default-keybinds here and see if that fixes it.

thanks.
default keybinds do work.

Standard FPS not so bad.
but first default really sucks with that "s" as a toggle for crouching.

Gaah, it's the keybinds from SS2Tool, I think. I made a large red note in the SS2Tool thread and will fix this asap.

You can of course change your keybinds and please note that quicksaves get overwritten at level transitions now. Here's how to fix this manually.
