I see no tutorials anywhere on adding \ removing radiation and toxins... How do I accomplish this?

I'm mostly asking here, because I want it searchable later on. I could always open Engineering and figure it out myself I guess...

Radiation is added/removed with specially scripted room brushes. See the decon shower in rec2.mis.

Toxins are more of a monster/hypo thing. No idea about scripting them.

I decided to write this up for anybody else who needs to find it.

Radiation

Rad Rooms can be added as a Room type (Shift+Insert)

Add the following properties to the Room

GameSys -> RadLevel (Engineering 1 uses 35)

Player -> Hazard -> RadAbsorb 0.10 (Again, an Engineering value)

Scripts -> RadRoom

Toxins

Create a marker and place it where you want the toxins to hit you.

Add A-> Act\React  Sources 

Use the following values. You can adjust the values to your liking.
